Can't deinstall any Webassist Extension

I tried to uninstall DesignExtender 110 in order to update it but I'm receiving an internal error. None of the WebAssist extensions can be uninstalled anymore. All other extensions can still be uninstalled.

you may need to recreate the users configuration folder. See step 12 of the Dreamweaver troubleshooting guide:
troubleshoot-javascript-errors-dreamweaver-cs4.html#main_user_config
