Preview doesn't show form

Preview doesn't show form

I removed all of the Webassist extensions I had installed, redownloaded the new (Data Bridge 1.0.8) extension, erased the necessary file in the user/library/...... folder, and I still have the same issue I had before I started, not having a preview of the form in the form window. I am using CS6, OS 10.7.4, on a Macbook Pro. I have attached screen shots showing both the Extensions manager and what I am seeing in the preview window - the blue graduated background.

Also, when I start Dreamweaver, I get a dialog box that says "Unable to find WA_Memento.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown."

Are the two related? Have you a suggestion for a fix?

This is an issue in Mac OS X Lion. The engine that is used for the preview will not work in OS X Lion. instead, to view the preview, click the preview window to open the preview in a browser.

To fix the error you are getting, reset the workspace layout. Go to Window -> Workspace Layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'
