SSL Certificate added - 'Cart is Empty' message

I added a redirect on an .htaccess file to use the . We are using the Paypal Express Checkout and now after the Paypal info is completed, instead of showing the confirm page, we're getting 'the cart is empty' message. Which pages do I need to edit with the full https address on or what do I need to do to adjust it to the new https:// address?

cart.php

pp_confirm.php?token=EC-0GF43261N4198731R&PayerID=DXHRRCH4J29ZS

Also, why doesn't it stop and ask the person to subscribe by entering an email address and password on the confirm page any longer. I saw that a while back when I started testing but it's not there any more?
