Continue Shopping error message

Go to this test page:

test.php

Purchase an item to get you to the cart.php page. Select "Continue Shopping" and you'll see the error message I am getting.

In essence the cart page becomes bold faced with the following error message on top:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/nitro2/public_html/cart.php:50) in /home/nitro2/public_html/cart.php on line 53

These are the code lines the warning is referring to:
<?php// WA eCart Redirect if ($Nitrodog->redirStr != "")
{header("Location: ".$Nitrodog->redirStr);}?>

How do I fix this?

this error is caused by output between php tags.
