Image Upload in PowerCMS 2.1.1

I have a client that would like to upload images via TinyMCE in PowerCMS. How do I set the directory so that the upload works? The system uploads the file, but it is not visible in any list, nor can you cruise the folders.

Power CMS Does not have support for TinyMCE. it has Kae's File manager already configured for file management.

the File manager settings are configured on the Settings tab of the Admin panel.
