More than one file manager not visible

Hi,
I use data assist pages wizzard to create a insert page.It has two fields with type: file manager .

First issue that needs to be solved in next update is that the 'name' setting in the <img> icon_folder.png needs to be filled with: {dds:'../../', startup_folder:'templates', show_sidebar:true, width:600, height:400}

Now it shows only a empty file manager.

Second issue: When you have two fields applied with a file manager the second field won't show the icon_folder.png and does not work.

I'm using CS6 dreamweaver on a Mac Pro mountain Lion.
