How do I re-open a support ticket that was inadvertently closed?

How do I re-open a support ticket that was inadvertently closed?

When I previewed my posting, I thought I was closing the preview, not the support ticket altogether....how do I re-open that support ticket?

Support Ticket #: 106696

Going on day 5 with no resolution...have left 2 voice mails and this is my third posting (ok, second if you don't count the one that accidentally got closed).

I have found it quickest just to open a new ticket and refer it to your old one. In most cases that I have used the ticket system they have been pretty good as long as you provide as much info as possible.

I have reopened your ticket and requested a phone number to contact you so we can debug what is going wrong.
