Rogue field in IE

I've made a new page for a client (see the link below). When they looked at it in IE, a rogue text field shows at the top of the page above the word "Careers". It is not in the asp file, nor do I see it in Firefox.

Anybody got any ideas?

looking at the source code, inside the content editable region i see a bunch of MS word code:
