Sales not displaying

The first sale we made did not display in PowerStore. Is there some setting I must enable? I just put the url of the IPN into paypal, will that fix it?

what payment gateway are you using?

Is the store set to run in test mode?

is it set to use the Sandbox on the gateway settings?

gateway

It is not in test mode. Paypal is gateway. It shows in Paypal and we recieved actual payment, but not in Pstore. No, sandbox is not enabled.

Which paypal gateway? Standard? Paypal Pro? or Express checkout?

if it is paypal standard, it will show an IPN addess, you need to update your paypal account and set it to send IPN notifications to the IP Address shown in Power Store.

url

PowerStore gave me a domain name, not an IP: ipn.php. I suppose this will work.

Yes, that is the IPN address you should use.
