Error when adding content to power CMS in dreamweaver

This is my first time using power CMS builder and I followed the instructions as given to highlight a content area on my webpage in dreamweaver then add the content to power CMS. I get the error below.

"While executing DWMenu_Webassist_WAPCMS_Create command in menus.xml, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred;
Cannot find Server Behavior named WAPCMS_ContentNode.htm"

I tried deleting the WinFileCache.dat file as indicated in your website but that did not work. I got the same error.

Is the page you have opened a dynamic PHP Page? Power CMS Builder cannot be used with static HTML pages.
