Javascript error on using go to

I am having problems with the "after insert go to" box of DB with it giving JavaScript errors as shown in the attached thumbnail. In this case I was trying your tutorial for"Managing Relational Tables in Data Bridge" (which by the way gives the following on loading the insert page: "Notice: Undefined variable: _SESSION in C:\htdocs\blue_sky\items_insert.php on line 139).
I followed your tutorial to the letter (and it's the latest version dated August 9th 2012).
The JavaScript error shows with any database or page when I try to set the after insert (or update) go to box weather manually or dynamically.
Any ideas would be welcome.

This error should be Corrected in Data Bride 1.0.7, if you have a previous version installed, you will need to uninstall it from the extension manager before installing the newer version.

Thank you Jason, will give it a try. I didn't know a newer version had been released as I haven't had a notification of the update from WA.
Will let you know if it works OK
Thanks again.
