Dynamic Menu Cut-Off on Short Pages

Dynamic Menu Cut-Off on Short Pages

I'm working on a dynamic products menu that has 3 levels and the 3rd level has a long list (~20) of categories for the user to select from. I'm not having any issues with the CSS Menu in terms of creating the necessary level and populating the categories from the DB but what I am having an issue with is the fact that if the page doesn't have enough content and the pages are relatively short, the menu doesn't have enough space to show the full list. Other than formatting the 3rd level to be smaller bars and attempt to cram things in that way, is there another option for the page to "know" it needs to be bigger to accomodate the expanded menu viewing?

theres a few option, set a min-height for the content div, or set overflow visible for the content div.

if you provide a link where i can see the problem i can give more specific information.

Thanks for the suggestions Jason.

Both options do the trick so I have some flexibility to work with. Since I'm using one of the CSS templates, I can't set the float to visible without messing up the footer's placement and styling but I can use the minimum height on the div container or the scroll option if needed to make it display the full menu. Will continue to play with it to get the right combination in terms of menu box size/placement as well now that I know what was causing the cut-off. Much appreciated!
