Universal Email form

How do I set the email it sends to come from the email field on the form?

Edit the Universal Email Behavior, for the From Address, click the lightning bolt and select the email address form element.

NOTE: many SMTP Server will not relay the email if the From Address is not a vlid email address for your domain. In this case, you will need to leave the from address as a static email address, but you can click the from button to go to the advanced from options screen, and set the Replay To option to use the dynamic form binding
