Error Message Following Tutorial E-Cart

I am getting an error upon following your tutorial for
Integrating Data Bridge and E-Cart.

I started the steps for setting up Product Admin pages and got this message:

Error Starting Floater:
Type Error: MM.SiteToolsActivate is not a function.

I have a database setup with working connection.

What is your OS? What version Of Dreamweaver? What Extensions, including version numbers are installed?

When installing Data Bridge and eCart, make sure that eCart is not installed after Data Bridge, eCart should be installed firs, then data Bridge.

I keep receiving the same error message:
"Error starting floater:
TypeError: MM.SiteToolsActivate is not a function"

I've just installed DataBridge114 and DesignExtender115. I'm trying to create a User Administration site using DataAssist...

are design extender and Data Bridge the only extensions ionstalled?

if not, what other extensions including the version numbers are installed?\

try resetting the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
