Product sorting

I am in the process of adding products to my store and have noticed that there is no way to sort the products on the site. They seem to be set to display with the newest entered items show up at the top.

Is there anyway to sort the store items by price, name, or my own preference?

No, there is not an option for sorting the products list.

Is there any chance this would be considered in the future? It seems fairly haphazard currently. Thanks!

I wil add a feature request to have this considered for future versions.

Any movement on this? It has been since August of last year and still it hasn't been added. Additionally, there hasn't been an update to the Whats New section since October 2011?!?!?

I will log the feature request for this option again.

Just because a feature request is logged does not necessarily mean that the feature will be added.

There has not been an upgrade released to Cafe Commerce to introduce new features, we will be working on a Cafe Commerce upgrade in the next few months.
