Coupon Code tracking - No value

I am trying to track purchases from a special mailing and I would like to use a coupon code to do it but there is no discount or value to the code. How can I see the transactions in the SQL database to pull a report? I did a test transaction and I can not seem to find where the code is recorded except the coupon value on the order table. I would like to have the coupon code track a special area of clientel. Please let me know where either when a customer enters the code if there is a way to track the code if there is no discount. Or do I have to create a new code field (say call it drawing field) and ad it to the order table?

Additional idea

I can also deal with it printing out on the order (just the code). I can still that track the purchaser. Would that be easier?

Power Store does not track store coupon code values if the coupon is created with no discount. If there is a discount, the ID of the coupon code record is stored in the order table, but only if there is a discount amount.

This is not a supported modification to power store and would require hand coding to accomplish, if you need assistance, I would suggest signing up for a premiere support appointment where we could help you implement this in a screen sharing session.
