CSS Form Builder is not used for creating Menus.

CSS Menu Writer should be used for this instead.

Menues created using Percentage values for width will not work correctly in Internet Explorer. To create a menu that is properly compatible with IE, you will need to use Pixel based measurements for the menu. IE does not properly support percentage based widths for inline elements.

to change the css properties of the form, Click the Edit button under the design Selection list.

For changing the width to use percentages, you will need to go through each selection to edit the width for the form, and various element types.

the same caveat for using % and IE exists for forms as is for menus, IE does not work well with % based widths.
