Casual visitor able to edit! Urgent please.

Today I have been made aware of a casual visitor to, who was viewing various pages and when he looked at the workshops page, it showed as highlighted in blue and displayed the edit icon, when he clicked on the page he was taken to the PowerCMS edit pages and could have edited the website. He did not make any changes but alerted the owner of the site and sent them screen shots of the PowerCMS edit pages etc.

The PowerCMS site has been up and running sucessfully for over two years without a glitch. About a year ago we added PowerMessenger and transfered hosting to a 1&1 platform.

I have gone into settings/activity to find that the casual vistor viewed/updated the workshop page as "Super Administrator" four times today. In settings/server settings my serial number is missing and a message to call support. I ve reentered the serial number and the message to call webassist has gone.

This is very worrying, can you shed any light on how this may be possible.
