Having trouble setting up Security

I just purchase the Databridge a few days ago. I want to now set up Security Assist for the first site and am unsuccessful. I created a database MYSQL on my server. I have the IP the User and Password. Every time I try to start using the Security Assist under the Database tables I get unidentified error. I finally tried to do it anyway and at the end it gave another error that it could not save the database...

Also when it's done (If I do it all right) then I still need to grab all of the elements that it generates and drop it into a layout?

Here is the final error I'm getting. Tried a few different ways.

We tried to create your database table for you, but were unsuccessful. The CREATE TABLE statement has been stored in a sql file located at:

This file can be used to create the table in your database. We are sorry for the inconvenience, please contact WebAssist Support if this problem persists.
