GoDaddy is problematic when trying to send emails.

I have had many difficulties with GoDaddy taking up to a day to relay the email message or the SMTP server they have in place being unavailable sometimes.

The Go Daddy smtp server to use is:
relay-hosting.secureserver.net

edit the Universal Email server behavior on the page to edit the email server settings, click the Envelope icon to edit the mail server settings and set the server address to:
relay-hosting.secureserver.net

and port to:
25

you will need to make sure that the from Address is a valid Email address for your go daddy domain.

also, I have run into issues sending email when the hosting account is on a Windows server, the mail() function only seams to work on linux hosted service plans with go daddy.

What are you using for the From Address? make sure it is a valid address for your domain

What type of hosting account do you have with GoDaddy? like i said in my previous reply, there are issues when using a Windows Hosting service and trying to send emails, the php mail() function that is used to send the email does not work properly on Windows hosted accounts.

In universal Email, do you have it set to go to another page after sending the email? Does the redirect work?
