Flash for web charts

My flash is updated, my data bridge is on the newest build and when trying to add a new web chart the flash says please download flash? Please Help

Are you seeing this in Dreamweaver or in the web browser?

If in the web browser, please send a link.

if in Dreamweaver please provide more details on what exact steps you are taking to produce the error.

Still an Issue

I gave up on the charts last time I really could use it but I am not getting a Preview of the charts dreamweaver is acting like flash is not installed and the little box is telling me to download flash HELP

What version of Dreamweaver and what version of the charts are you using?

Tried the charts again

I tried to add a web chart but sure enough there is no preview. I am using CS6 on OS X 10.8.2 Not sure what to do other then report this as a glitch. I have made sure that my flash is up to date.

Blank Chart after Upload Online

Hello Jason,

I created 3 Charts, tested on my localhost and they all worked fine. When I uploaded to the online server, only one (the first one) of the 3 charts now displays; the other 2 are blank.

Please any idea what might have gone wrong?
