Premade Admin Template?

I was just wondering if there is a way to use those prebuilt admin interfaces with the extensions? Example - developr/ .

Mainly I am looking to track users, sales, visitors, projects (reports, messaging, invoice, etc), help tickets, yadda yadda yadda.

Should I make it myself as I know it is probably doable with all the extensions and I could search for forum for each part I want to make.... or look for a suitable admin interface?

Guidance would be great. Thanks!

The website does not really give enough information for me to tell if you could use these templates with Dreamweaver or not, I'm not really sure that they are Dreamweaver templates to begin with.

They seam to be pre made applications rather than templates. I would think you could use your oen data source with them, but the website is not very clear.
