Preview disappeared

I've got PayPal ecommerce toolkit 4.54
Surveyor 1.0.8
Social Media Toolkit 2.0.0
Site Import 3.0.4
CSS Menu Writer 2.0.6
CSS Sculptor 3.0.2
SiteSculptor 1.0.0
Data Bridge 1.0.5

As installed extentions, installed in that order after a fresh DW CS5 install on Mac OS 10.6.8.

Before installing Data Bridge, all worked fine. After installing Data Bridge, I have no preview in CSS Sculptor, Site Sculptor or Menu Writer. Click on preview window yields no result. I have toggled the preview box in WA preferences to no effect. I have dumped the cache.dat file and reset the workspace. Nothing has had any effect

When launching any of the 3 extensions, an error dialogue pops up that tells me that "Configuration:Shared:WebAssist:Library:WA_Preview.js: WA_addMacFolderName is not defined"

Line 191 of WA_Preview.js, is the first line of this string:

if (previewExec.indexOf(WA_addMacFolderName()) == 0)
previewExec = "/" + previewExec;
else
previewExec = "/"+WA_addMacFolderName()+"/" + previewExec;

within the "function WebAssist_PreviewObject_getPreview_Mac()" command

Thanks for any suggestions!

Preview.js -- Same problem

I am having the SAME problem. Mine errors out on ANY extension that has a preview, datepicker etc. Mine was after a reinstall of all my extensions. I started with design extender then put the rest in afterward, data assist, form toolkit, UE etc. However my error shows up at line 199, see attachment.

Design extender must be installed last. You will need to install the other extensions before installing design Extender.

will reinstall

I will reinstall it. Can I just uninstall design extender and then reinstall IT or will I need to do them all again?

it should be fine to uninstall Design Extender then reinstall install it.

I would also Reset the workspace layout:
Go to Window -> Workspace Layout -> reset '<Your Layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

reinstall did not work

I started by uninstalling design extender and reinstalling it, then delete cache file and reset work space. No luck. Then I uninstalled ALL extensions and reinstalled them with the exception of design extender. All preview stuff worked. Then installed design extender and the preview no longer works in anything. Big bummer. Screen caps attached. Next step?
