KFM upload / security problem.

I opened a ticket yesterday #144545, and worked with Ray B. on adding secure assist to the KFM program. We walked through the set up and it worked fine. I then applied it to 10 other sites unfortunately without trying to upload an image.. Now on all the other sites if I try to upload an image, the KFM editor window begins to load, the message "Loading, please wait" appears and that's as far as it gets.

The process I used repetitively was to open a page that has the Editor, then click Modify / Security Assist / Access Rules Manager / Plus button / give it a name / Add conditions / restict - <?php echo $_SESSION['MM_Username']; ?> = " " (blank)

then add allow - ?php echo $_SESSION['MM_UserGroup']; ?> = (my admin levels).

Then open the file: kfm/configuration.php and then add security assist "page access" function and set the redirect to login if not correctly logged in. This correctly blocks someone from accessing the kfm feature, but as said before page hangs. Please help..

Double check the the PHP and MySQL Versions on the server. they should be PHP 5.2+ an MySQl 5+

also:
in the webassist/kfm/index.php page

find the following line:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php/can-minify"></script>

and change it to:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php"></script>

I tried this method and now the "page loading" does not display now.

All the site are hosted by the same company including the first one I did with your tech that does work.

All sites are using PHP 5.3 and mySQL 5.0.95.
