Paypal Pro upgrade

My client wants to upgrade from PP standard to Pro. I found this page:
signup_paypal.php
but since the Pro gateway requires a number of more fields to be filled in, I don't know where to get that information from within PP.

Is there another support document that talks about Pro?

PayPal Pro requires an API username, API password and API signature.

the document you link to has the instructions for obtaining those details from PayPal.

Thanks Jason. In the cart when I used the gateway selection for Pro, it showed me several more fields, so I thought I'd need to fill them in.

OK... I changed it to Pro, saved the change and ran a test and it didn't make any difference and the message on the results page had Express Pro on it. I'll call Paypal on Monday to see if there is something the client hasn't set up properly.

Out of curiosity, what are all those extra fields for in the gateway settings in the cart admin?

In the UK, Paypal offers the ability to use 3Dsecure card processing. It is needed to process Maestro cards in the UK, see the following page for more details;
