Sending Data via email AND putting into database

What tool should I use to add email functionality to the registration page for the registration Solution pack ( or is this possible) I want to send the data that is being submitted into the database currently as an email message to the form owner as well as have it go into the database. What tool should I use and what direction should I go with this first?

Use CSS Form Builder. In CSS Form builder, you can add the behavior to send an Email by going to Webassist -> Create new Email message.

In The Universla Email wizard, Select the option to create a file for the email mesage and use one of the available templates, this will automitcluy add code to loop through the form fields on the page.
