Input Manual Orders?

Is it possible to add manual orders easily? Say those who've paid by check or cash? My client wants to track all orders, not just credit card orders and we need to add these payments manually.

to manually input orders, you would need to temporarily set the gateway to none in the power store settings.

after you complete the manual input, reset the gateway back to using the previous settings.

This is an option we would probably use 10-15 times a day... the ability to enter a manual order. Shutting down the system that many times on a regular basis would probably hurt the regular orders going through the system. We are fully in favor of recommending this option for future releases.
