email notices of checkout failures
I am just wondering if the customer experiences a checkout failure due to the following powerstore conditions:
1. Shipping is enabled AND
2. A shipping rule has not been set up for the customers location..
..can the site administrator still receive a copy of the customers checkout summary ?
The reason I ask is that freight, at this stage, is too complex to automatically calculate for my business and I would like to be proactive and contact the customer with the knowledge of the goods they selected.
