SSL question

Many months back, I asked about SSL and how to implement it on my client's site. You told me to load one version of the site on to the root level of the domain, and then another in the SSL folder...

Can I just upload the whole site to the SSL folder and redirect visitors to the index page within the SSL folder rather than upload two versions of the same site (which will lead to confusion for me)?

Thanks.

Mat

yes, you could upload only to the SSL folder and force all traffic to redirect to the SSL address using mod rewrite:
force-ssl-htaccess.html
