Power CMS error

so this came up in the clients power CMS login pages....... but if i add the cose the content gets diplayed twice.

also when i go to dreamweave it will ask me to register the program again, then it tells me i have activated it too many times, so i go to hep and my user name and password don't work so i go to reset it and that does not work.....what can i do? joe email: adspinmedia@gmail.com

I have no idea of this will help, but the included file looks like its on a local testing server rather than on a live web server.

Should the link not be something like;

/WA_CMS/addtosite.php

Also this suggests that you have added the content from 2011 Winners to the login page, did you mean to?

No idea why you keep getting asked to add the serial.

i this is still happeing, you may want to reset all your activations.

you can do this from your downloads area once you've logged in to the webassist site. Big blue button which says 'Reset Activations'

What this will do is remove any historical activations and allow you to try activating the installation again with that serial key

Ok so this is what i found, not sure if at random or triggered.......but i have two, yes 2 different management screens......one is just the (/admin/) screen and one id the (/admin_cms/). so i ran a find report and count these below, should i rename or delete and or is there a setting that can compensate for this. Because of this i get an error that the database is not connected......
