Getting pictures AND no open dir warning to appear?

Hello, I am getting both the gallery to show up AND the following warning above it:

Warning: opendir(/homepages/40/d369590415/htdocs/divineloveministries/WA_Globals/galleries/slideshow_blinds/css/themes) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /homepages/40/d369590415/htdocs/divineloveministries/gallery/admin_gallery/common/functions.php on line 490

The page this is at is:
events.php

I truly appreciate your help in figuring out what is wrong. All the file permission are set to 755 as stated in other threads for similar issues where the pics didnt show.

Just as a follow up, it seems that any of the changes I make to the Gallery options are not appearing...I just get the default size/etc for the pics and the pictures above it.
