DataBridge/E-cart custom form

Not sure if you can give me the whole answer or get me going in the right direction?

Attached is a form I use for Golf Members to sign up for tournaments, I want the drop down menu to be fed from my database (TournamentID), when the tournament is selected information about the tournament displays below it (this information comes from the database also). So now the member has selected the tournament they want to sign up for:

They select how many players from radio buttons which hide/shows div's for members information: This should equal the quantity of "tournament" in the e-cart, I also want to add radio button yes/no next to each player to add to cart as an add on purchase. (if you know golf the add on is for side pot entry, this option has not been added to the database yet)

Submit form or click for checkout?

This is going to require a good bit of hand coding to accomplish.

showing the tournament info when selected will require an ajax function to return the selected information.

Showing and hiding the divs on clicking the radio buttons will also require javasctipt functions to accomplish.

I would suggest signing up for a premiere support appointment for one on one assistance is creating this.
