Ray, one little problem. When I'm in the wizard adding pages to the list with the Manage Pages option, I can select the various pages using the add selected to list dialog, but when I click OK nothing happens. I have to add them one at a time in this dialog box. Thanks!

adding a page to the list triggers the wizard for editing the settings for the page that was added.

You will need to select the pages one at a time to trigger each wizard one at a time.

Thanks, Jason. I was thinking that I could select all of them that I wanted and then it would go them one at a time. I guess that would be on my "wish list." :)
