customize shopping cart and check out

I have read on your FAQ page: "The only area you will not be able customize at this time is the shopping cart and checkout." However, I am building a French online boutique. So is there any possible to change these areas in French? Or is the answer simply 'No, not possible'.

no, it is not possible to change those areas to use another language.

I would like to move my internet shop to Cafecommerce platform too, but I'm from Italy, and I need to have checkout and shopping cart in italian.

Why is so difficult to permit users to change buttons name, cart and so on in their language?

Or also better, why don't you implement a few languages (for example English, Spanish, French, Deutsch, Italian) and in this way we can have also a multilingual internet shop?
When a customer chose its language, automatically all language change.

It would be fantastic! And with your offer, you will have a lot of customers worldwide!!

I following you from more than a year, but I can't wait still too much, I need to chose a new platform, and I would like to chose your, but I need sure times for this!

Thank you for the suggestion. This is something we hope to implement in the future, but unfortunately, it will not be something to happen quickly or be easily implemented.

Based in Quebec, Canada so, according to the law, I need a French & English option for the same store. Looks like your US-centric minding just made you loose another customer because you don't care of the rest of the world. Too bad since the product is great.
