Editing email template "database names" information.

Quick question.

I would like to edit the information that gets returned in the email, for example, when I fill out a form, and I get it the email, the entries are the name of the rows in the db table. Sometimes these names are not end-user friendly, such as "f_name"

I would like to somehow intercept those and rename them.

I know I can do this in a mysql statement, like "SELECT f_name AS "First Name" ..." etc, but I cant seem to find the code to do this.

Thanks

the email uses the names of the form elements on your page.

if you change the form element names, it will change the labels used in the email.

bear in mind that if there are other behaviors on the page that use the form elements, these will need to be edited as well to use the new form element names.
