Versions of components in Design Extender

Versions of components in Design Extender

How do you know what is current with Design Extender installed? For example, I have Design Extender 1.0.7 installed and my upgrade center shows That the Social Media Toolkit 2.0.0 is an available upgrade (I also own most product individually). Design Extender does not list a version for Social Media Toolkit as well as other integrated components. Do I assume that the integrated components of 1.0.7 offer me the latest, up to date elements? Do I disregard all the listed upgraded in the upgrade center?

Design extender will always include the latest version of any of the integrated extensions. You can ignore that list. In the next web site update we do we will spend some time cleaning up the download center and the upgrade center to better account for combined extensions.
