PayPal link

Setting up new Paypay Standard account link. Spoke with Paypal. when I submit the order I am directed to PayPal via payflowlink.paypal.com.

PayPal said that I should be going directly to Paypal.com and get rid of the Payflowlink pathway. I was also told that this would occur through webassist's help.

How do I get the ecart submit button to go directly to the paypal.com link for credit card processing?

on the confirm page, the checkout form action is to send to the paypal site, this is where you would need to change the address used.

Jason

How do you access the checkout form action within the confirm page to change the address?

My apologies....just learning your system AND Dreamweaver CS....

in design view, select the first element, then in the tag selector at the bottom, select the form tag, then open the property inspector to edit the form tag settings like the action.

Paypal link

I followed your steps.

when uploading to the website after saving file I receive an error message saying the the upload was incomplete due to a file or folder not completed.

I changed the action from:
paypal.com

to:
paypal.com

also tried:
www.paypal.com

what should I change the form direction to?
Using Paypal standard

Nope...doesn't work.
Contacted Paypal and they had me make a button there. Here is the code that they say I need to copy and paste into Dreamweaver:

<form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post">
<input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_s-xclick">
<input type="hidden" name="hosted_button_id" value="XRRG9Q3JX86PN">
<input type="image" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/btn/btn_buynowCC_LG.gif" border="0" name="submit" alt="PayPal - The safer, easier way to pay online!">
<img alt="" border="0" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/scr/pixel.gif" width="1" height="1">
</form>

The page you list goes to a paypal logon page, and not to a page that lists the payments options.

Also, I keep getting an error message when I upload the confirm page to my website saying:
file activity incomplete. 1 file or folder were not completed.

Help. very frustrated....it's been days....
