CSS Sculptor

I wanted to use Eric Meyer's CSS Sculpter and had to give in the activation number. So I looked into my WebAssiste account and copied the number but got the message that this number is invalid.

Then I contacted the support and they said that it looked like I had two activation numbers and asked me to try the other number.

But when I now click on the File -- New CSS Sculptor Page, nothing happens anymore, there is no screen where I can fill out the other activation number, I don't go to the CSS Sculptor 'page', just nothing happens.

When I replied that to tyhe support team they advised me to search for answers on this forum. I can't find anything similair, so now I post this thread and hope that anyone can help me fix this problem.

close Dreamweaver, then Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.php

when you open Dreamweaver again, make sure that you have a page open from your dreamweaver site before trying to use CSS Sculptor.
