WA_UserInterface_v2.js Error

I just installed Design Extender and now receive the following error when starting Dw.

"The following JavaScript error(s) occurred: Unable to open script file "Macintosh HD:Application:Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5:Configuration:Shared:WebAssist:Memento:Library:WA_UserInterface_v2.js" (error 2)."

Any ideas?

did you have previous versions of the stand alone extensions installed?

design extender includes these extensions:
-- CSS Sculptor
-- CSS Menu Writer
-- Framework Builder
-- PowerCMS Builder
-- Pro Maps for Google
-- Site Import
-- Site Sculptor
-- Social Media Toolkit

if any of those are installed, they need to be uninstalled before you install design extender.

also, Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

I already removed all the above mentioned extensions. I do have:

Tools for Google
PayPal eCommerce Toolkit
Cookies Toolkit

Maybe one of those causing the issue?
