Extensions not visible

I am installing a new PC, with DW and a number of extensions, but so far none of the extensions shows up in DW (not even simple ones like palet picker).
Installation went OK, extensions are listed in the Adobe extension manager but not in DW. Also the Webassist menu in DW is not visible.

How to fix this? I removed the cache file, but hat does not fix the issue

Problem solved. Although the extensions were visible in the external Adobe extension manager, with "commands/manage extensions" they where not activated. After activation they were visible.
