Slideshow gallery - image uploads not functioning. PS 4.5.3

Hello WebAssist,
I decided to delete my 4.5 store and setup a fresh new PS 4.5.3 store!
I ran the install from a browser window, then imported my old DataBase (and changed the Host IP address in the DB), - also uploaded all required images used in the old store. Everything seems correct and functioning exactly as anticipated. The site is definitely faster. Thank You WA for the update!

As it goes, I am having an issue adding a gallery to the store message content area on the home page. When I click add images "Single Image Upload" or "Server Upload" I get nothing.

Looks like this post is related to the same issue...

Best regards.

PS 4.5.3 gallery upload partially working

I was able to upload 1 (one) picture, but now it is failing again.
Also the picture that I was able to upload is not displaying completely, the bottom gets cut off.
