Dynamic Connection Error on localhost

Hi, I have this error dynamic connection error which i have no idea how to resolve. Any idea why this issue occur?

this is a problem with the site definition in Dreamweaver, specifically the Testing Server settings.

Testing the database connection will use the URL Prefix for the Testing Server you set up in the site definition to try and run a php command against the database. the error you are getting means the URL PRefix is not correct for the testing server. Double check the Site Definition settings dreamweaver.
