Problem with redirect

I have a problem with the application Data Assist, because although everything works fine, once I insert a new image, or do I update or delete, I get an error page redirect being that everything is correct, clarify the picture is inserted, updated or deleted without any problem, the problem is the redirect. The error that appears is the following:

Not Found

The requested URL /home/laporten/public_html/admin/momentoscompartidos_Results.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

The point is that the page is positioned correctly and the URL is correct, what could be the problem?

Thanks!
