Username & Password not storing/updating

From Admin, the UserName and Password are not storing in the database from this page: users_registration.php

Plus the users_update.php is not displaying nor updating those same two fields properly, either.

Can you review the files attached and let me know where I'm going wrong?

Looks like you have made a number of custom modifications to this registration page.

By user name, do you mean email address? I don't see a username form field on the registration.

for the password, it is not being saved because the insert record behavior does not bind the password column to the password form field. You will need to edit the insert record behavior and bind the password column.
