FedEx Migration
I am not migrating, but using FedEx as a new user in Power Store. Is there a button for a new user NOT migrating. This is confusing. Are there any notes on this?

New users need to create a new account.
on the Migration page:
migration.html
click the Migrate Now button
On the login page, there is a section for New fedex.com Users with a Sign Up Now link.
