No Credit card fields

I am getting no fields to enter credit card information on the Checkout.php page after running the Checkout Wizard. I chose Accept Credit Cards as my payment gateway and entered my credentials for my Authorize.net account.

Obviously this is not correct so please let me know where I need to make the fix in eCart.

If you selected to use the Authoprize.net Remote payment method, the user will not enter the credit card number on your site, they will be directed to the authorize.net server to enter the payment information.
