Saving order details as separate records

We are developing a ticketing website. When a user purchases a ticket with a quantity of 2 or more, the ticket gets saved in the order details table as a single record with the correct quantity. The problem is, we would like to have the user pull up each individual ticket as a separate record and have a unique ticket number for it. How would accomplish this with eCart?

This would require hand coding to accomplish and is not directly supported by eCart.

you would need to modify the store order details code to loop through each item by total quantity of the cart rather than using the line items, you wouldn't need the quantity column of the order details table.

We could help you accomplish this in a premiere support appointment.

What would the premiere support appointment entail? Hourly charges? How long to get something like this working?

A premiere support appointment is $99 for half an hour of one on one development.

I dont see this taking any more than 30 minutes.

see the support landing page for details on signing up for a premiere support appointment:

Jason, we are interested in getting this custom coding done. What steps do we need to take and how quickly can you make it happen?

What topic should I choose?

the "I do not know how to achieve a specific feature with this product." topic would work.
