"show Region" question

I have a button on my website that looks like this:

<?php if(WA_Auth_RulePasses("elite")){ // Begin Show Region ?>

<div id="menu-item"><a href="training.php">Training</a></div>

<?php } // End Show Region ?>

My question is, can I insert more that one rule in that line?
I have tried this .... WA_Auth_RulePasses("elite", "distributer") .... but that didnt work.

Any idea?

thanks

do both rules need to pass?

php:
<?php if(WA_Auth_RulePasses("elite")){ // Begin Show Region ?>

<?php
if(WA_Auth_RulePasses("distributer")){ // Begin Show Region ?>
<div id="menu-item"><a href="training.php">Training</a></div>
<?php // End Show Region ?>
<?php
// End Show Region ?>

or only one?

php:
<?php if(WA_Auth_RulePasses("elite") || WA_Auth_RulePasses("distributer")){ // Begin Show Region ?>

<div id="menu-item"><a href="training.php">Training</a></div>
<?php // End Show Region ?>

Awesome thanks.. it was the second one "omly one" ...

But now I need to actually have the page accessable. LOL

I tried the same thing, but to the top of the doc.

<?php
if (!WA_Auth_RulePasses("elite") || WA_Auth_RulePasses("distributer")){
WA_Auth_RestrictAccess("acess_denied.php");
}
?>

but i cant access the page if logged into as a distributer.

this line:
if (!WA_Auth_RulePasses("elite") || WA_Auth_RulePasses("distributer")){

should be:
if (!WA_Auth_RulePasses("elite") || !WA_Auth_RulePasses("distributer")){

hmmm... something is amiss. I see all I was missing was the ! however, upon making that update, it redirects me to the access denied page for both users.

hmmm, actually, you where correct to only have the one !, but a new grouping is needed:

if (!(WA_Auth_RulePasses("elite") || WA_Auth_RulePasses("distributer"))){

this basically means:

IF NOT (elite OR distributor)
