Ecart 5 UPS poorly formed xml error

I am getting a poorly formed xml error from ups
you can see error here: toydb_for_sale2.php

on he shipping failure page, go to the bindings panel, expand the UPS Shipping binding group and add the full request and full response bindings to the page.

this will help me troubleshoot the problem.

I think the problem is being caused by the UPS userID and password you are using, those don't look correct to me.


double check that you are using the UserID and Password you received from UPS in your shipping settings.

Verified account data with UPS

Hi Jason .. the user account info is correct and verified by UPS .. what other things should I look for in solving the following error:
