upload pictures on News Pod

Thank you Webassist for Powerstore
I be able to start working on Powerstore for few days and it looks beautiful...i'm very happy with PowerStore but need to change few area.

I have few questions, but one at a time....
I don't want any News or Atricles on Home page.
How can I install or upload pictures on News Pod or Article Pod...
I mean safest( correct) way...

to remove the news from the index page:

go to webassist/themes/Your Theme/Templates/index.dwt.php

find the following line:

<?php echo($WANews->Body); ?>

and comment it:

<?php //echo($WANews->Body); ?>

to edit the news articles, open the power store admin section, and click the Content Link.

in the list of content areas, look for Home page -> News and select the article to edit and click the edit button for the content area.

In the toolbar click the image toolbar to add an image to the content are, click the browse server button to see image on the server and upload new ones.

I tried it before and BROWSE BUTTON doesn't open.
when i clicked then one widow opened and closed right away.
I tried different Contents but still doesn't open.
